Lollipops Tickle

Last night as I was putting Lauren, my precious little girl, to bed she chose to forgo the usual Panda Bear, Panda Bear and Baby Dear books for the Crayola Color Book the only reason being is that she saw the “kitties” on the front. As we were reading through book counting and naming colors we finally arrived at number seven which were lollipops. When I asked her what a lollipop tastes like she said, “lollipops tickle Mommie.” I thought “tickle” was the perfect word for her to pick to describe that sweet and fruity taste that gives you that tickle with your first lick.
